Hey! My name is Jaclyn Chava Horowitz, and welcome to my corner of the Internet. I’m currently a product manager for practices at Gaia, envisioning the future of how embodied educational experience can be transmitted digitally.

I’m also a web, mobile, and software developer, student of the internet sociology, a medicine woman in formation, and a yoga teacher and student.

I’ve worked at the Bitcoin exchange Coinsetter, directly with SoundCloud’s SVP of Engineering developing their 2016-2018 technology strategy, and at the design agency L+R spearheaded the development of LookSee – VR, a iOS tool for rapid VR-prototyping and viewing, which was released on the app store in May 2016.

I self-designed my own major at NYU called Liberation Technologies, which was a technical and philosophical exploration of the ways in which technology can be leveraged for personal, political, and spiritual freedom. This formal education was supplemented with 4 months of studying at Willka Hampi: Center for Mystical Arts and Sciences, where  I began my formation as a medicine woman.

I study and teach Kundalini and Hatha yoga, as well as lead sacred sound sessions, which I would love to share with you here.

Holler at me on LinkedIn or  GitHub.  Or reach me directly by email. I’d love to hear from you and discuss creative collaborations, technology, and spirituality!
